Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

As each saree is a handloom and hand-processed product, slight irregularities in weave, texture, colour variation, or finishing are a natural part of the craft and shall not be treated as defects.

Returns are accepted only in case of a wrong product delivered or a product received in damaged condition. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear opening-video/photos of the package and product.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging.

After the returned product is received and verified, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Special Attention: This saree is hand processed. Minor irregularities in weave and finish are natural to handcrafted textiles and add to their unique charm.
